Royce is a proud graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School who holds an Associates in information Management and a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management. She is the Co-Chair and Founding Member of the Sweet Soul Sisters Book Club which was established in 2005. She has currently written four stories in Anthologies. She retired from the United States Air Force after serving 24 years. She has 3 sons and currently resides in Maryland with her husband of over 45 years.

She is working on her debut novel that is rooted in her world travels and time in the military. She is also slated to be an author in the upcoming Dames & Dukes series, that is part of the Kings of the Castle World with several USA Today and national bestselling authors.
